REFUND POLICY​

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue.

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please note that custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
